A Planet-First Hardware Strategy
According to UN research, the environmental impact of manufacturing new technology far exceeds the power consumed over its entire operational lifetime. Irresponsible IT disposal damages ecosystems and leaks hazardous heavy metals into our soil.
Tranquil IT operates a strict, certified zero-landfill recycling pipeline. Our primary goal is always Repurposing: components are sanitized, refurbished, and donated to local charities, community initiatives, and schools. Where hardware is obsolete or unviable, we mechanically reclaim raw metals in partnership with Stort Mill Recycling in Harlow.
Refurbish, Repurpose & Donate
Whenever viable, we donate operational workstations, screens, and laptops to local community non-profit projects and educational organizations to maximize hardware lifespan.
