UPDATE 2nd November 2020
Following the governments recently announced Second National Lockdown and the actions of other governments internationally we have taken the difficult decision to suspend both our Collect and Repair and Onsite support services.
We would like to assure our customers that we have not taken this decision lightly, but given the latest scientific advice we do not feel that it is possible to continue to operate these service whilst ensuring the safety of our staff and importantly the vulnerable members of their families during this latest surge of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Customers can still book a remote appointment with our handy online tool below.
NB: In the event that repairs are required to devices that cannot be carried out remotely then our customers will be offered the opportunity to ship their devices to our repair center using UPS in order to effect repairs.
