HOW DOES IT WORK?
Collect
One of our drivers will attend your collection address, leave a freshly disinfected collection box on your doorstep and ring your bell. You simply place the device that require repairs into the box!
Repair
Your device will then be transported to our repair center where it will be cleaned and disinfected according to our Covid Safe guidelines before works begin. Our engineers will then perform a diagnostic on your device and provide a full estimate for any required repairs.
Return
Once the device is repaired it is again fully cleaned, disinfected and placed into another freshly disinfected plastic box ready to be returned to you. You will then be contacted to arrange a return delivery at a time convenient to you.
Pricing
Our collect and repair prices include, collection at a time of your choice, deep clean and disinfect an engineers inspection fee and return delivery, once an inspection is completed a quotation for any parts or labour required to effect repairs will be quoted before works are carried out.
NB: There is no additional charge for issues which are resolved as part of the inspection.
